Last week was a tough week for many of our challengers because of travel. There was a blog conference going on and several of our challengers attended the conference. As a result, exercise may not have been the most important thing going on.

Last weeks challenge was to add steps to our daily routines. Several participants went above and beyond by recording their steps every day of the week. There are a few challengers who really took the weekly challenge to heart and used it to improve their overall fitness. It was exciting to see so many of our challengers taking so many “steps” towards fitness.

While there is another blog conference this week, this conference will allow all of us the opportunity to exercise a little more as there will be a lot of walking involved.

This aligns well with our Weekly Challenge. This weeks weekly challenge is to get outside. We are challenging participants to get outside every day this week. Whether it is for a walk, for a run or just to enjoy some fresh air, we want everyone to get outside and enjoy the outdoors a little.

So our main goal for this week is to ease back into the Your Shape program. To get back to Jenny several times a week so that we can reach our fitness goals. This should be exciting!
