We have officially completed five weeks of our challenge and have entered our sixth week. After this week, the challenge will be half over. Let’s check in with our challengers and see what progress they have made.
Beth from Plus Size Mommy has lost 8 pounds so far and is talking about her plateau in this weeks post I tried to be good, I really tired* which can be found here. She also talks about a yummy sounding potato bar that taunted her at a recent conference. I do have to add that the potato bar sounded AMAZING!! Beth has done really well so far and is asking for help getting back on track.
Jodi from Multitasking Mommy discusses how she got off track in the past couple of weeks because of traveling. Check out her #FitFriday – Oh the Shame post. Jodi talks about sneaking in workout when she is on the road and her hopes during her next week of travel. She was also able to get a few good runs in during the past week.
Amy from Selfish Mom talks about getting in exercise while on the road and staying on her healthy eating track in Weight Loss Tuesday: Hitting the Road. Amy also really did an excellent job on the Your Shape steps challenge. That girl walked everywhere and clearly was our challenge winner.
So far our 10 challengers have done really well. Next week, I will post the weigh loss so far for each challenger so check back soon. There will be some exciting announcements next week!
